WHO WE ARE
First and foremost, our ethos is to use seasonal produce, reduce waste as much as possible and support local businesses. The traditional attitude towards meat and two veg is changing. Having learnt the importance of sustainable farming at the renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School and Organic farm, we pair high quality British meat with vegetables packed with flavour that often become the centrepiece of the dish. We also offer fully vegetarian and vegan menus, please contact us for more information.
Our sample menu gives a taste of our style of cooking, but we offer a fully bespoke service. We love to collaborate with our clients to build the perfect menu.
During 2020 our business had to adapt - we ran a delivery service, cooked for client's freezers and even managed to cater for a few socially distanced weddings and funerals. Whilst we wait for events to get back up and running we have been working on a project in Chichester, collaborating with The Barn, Little London, where we run an eatery/cafe
We are based in Midhurst, West Sussex, but we cater for events throughout the South East and London.
